Get Involved

As well as its hard-working staff team, Leading Link relies hevily upon the support of its trustees, project workers, key delivery partners and opportunity providers and enthusiastic volunteers to meet its key aims and maximise impact levels.

We are always on the lookout for individuals and organisations to join our growing network of providers, and there are many ways to get involved:

There are currently no permanent full time/part time vacancies available to join the Leading Link team. If any positions become available, they will be advertised via the home page of our website and our social media channels.

We are however always looking for experienced sessional/project workers in different specialist areas (including youth/residential work) to add to our growing network. As we make significant strides in education and business, we are always looking for new experienced individuals to join our fantastic team and help steer future strategies. If you are passionate about helping to develop the pioneers of the future, have experience and contacts to contribute to our exciting plans and can commit to attending bi-monthly trustee meetings, then we want to hear from you.

We are also seeking a charity patron who shares our values to act as our public figurehead and help to promote the organisation.

Our Youth Ambassador volunteering programme is currently in one High School in Northumberland, we are assigned to four High Schools for the National Citizen Service (NCS) and our other projects are currently operating in eleven schools of Primary and Secondary level.

Opportunitiy Providers/Potential Partners

Progression is key to Leading Link - we are always looking for new and exciting projects and opportunities for our young people to get involved with, in order to help increase our impact and enhance the 'real' experience for those participants.

We are already working closely with organisations such as The Key, Northumberland County Council, bait (Creative People and Places) and The Sill Project - if you have something to bring to the table then please get in touch today and let's start working together!
